Description of Services

Event Stationary   Pricing starting at $300

 

I will get to know your event details and branding aesthetic during an in-depth consultation. Then I will craft stationery concept drafts for your review. I'll incorporate feedback until the invites, signage, menus, and accompanying pieces align with your vision.

Printing & Assembly - Approve final stationery design files, then relax as I handle professional printing and meticulous assembly. I'll source optimal materials from premium paper stocks to foil stamping, use the highest quality printers, and assemble all components with care.

Event Decor   Pricing starting at $475

I can help transform any small-scale venue into an Instagram-worthy backdrop with my decor services. I can build floral centerpieces or garlands, grass-wall backdrops, welcome displays, and more.

​

​The Design Process - Collaborate with me to create a décor scheme aligned with your event goals and aesthetic vision. I’ll sketch concepts, develop mood boards, choose cohesive colors/textures, and finalize an execution plan.

​

​Detail Execution - Trust me to implement your decor vision flawlessly. I’ll source any needed rentals, create custom builds, style tablescapes, and bars, assemble floral arrangements, and handle all setup/teardowns.

​

​On-Site Management - I will oversee the decor installation process the day of, managing timelines to transform the venue seamlessly pre-event.

Event Coordinating   Pricing starting at $450

 

This option is intended for the party host who just needs an extra set of hands to run errands and/or setup decor leading up to the start of the party. This allows the host to focus on getting ready and taking care of final preparations.

Examples of tasks the Coordinator can take care of include:

  • Picking up the cake, balloons, or other items

  • Arriving at the party venue a few hours early to setup decor

  • Assembling centerpieces, hanging decorations, and preparing any food displays

  • Making sure tables, chairs, and entertainment are arranged according to plan

  • Assisting caterers and other vendors with setup and venue walkthroughs

  • Managing guest check-ins and gift table displays

  • Excel sheet party planner

  • Hotel blocks

 

With me handling these important pre-party tasks, you’ll be able to enjoy the event with peace of mind knowing all logistics are covered. Just focus on finishing up the final outfit touches and venue details before guests arrive. We’ll make sure everything else is party-ready!
